Hummus is definitely one of my favourite dips. I love it in a traditional version, or with roast peppers or even with avocado.

This recipe is super easy, nutritious and tastes amazing!

Ingredients:
200 gr cooked ‪‎Chickpeas (drained)
1 Avocado (250 gr)
1 tablespoons Evo oil
2 tablespoons Tehina
1 teaspoon Salt
1 small Lemon (juice)

1 tablespoon fresh chopped Coriander

Instructions:

Scoop the flesh of the avocado out and put it in a food processor together with all the other ingredients.

Blend until smooth and Creamy.

Taste and adjust with salt or pepper if you like
Decorate with a drizzle of Olive oil.

Note: If you like, you can also add a crushed clove of garlic to the ingredients.
