Making this Coconut and Banana Ice Cream is super easy and it will only take 2 steps.
This ice cream is also completely sugar, egg and artificial fat free. It tastes delicious and it’s perfect to fight the summer heat.
You can obviously make it all year round and add each time a small quantity of your favourite seasonal fruit and maybe decorate it with crushed almonds or hazelnuts.
Ingredients for 6 people
4 small Bananas
4 tablespoons grated Coconut
Skin and slice the bananas and place them in an air tight container.
Freeze them for at least 6 hours, best if overnight.
To make the ice cream take the bananas out of the freezer, put them in a food blender together with the coconut. Blend for 10 seconds, wait for 10 more seconds and give it a second whizz. Help yourself with a spatula to keep the mixture compact.
Repeat if necessary until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
Serve and enjoy!
