These oatmeal and banana breakfast cookies are super easy and also very healthy!
It will only take 10 minutes to make them plus extra 12 minutes in the oven. They are perfect for breakfast or for a snack and you can add as many extra ingredients to the basic recipe as you like.
Why don’t you try and make the with your children? That’s a very creative way of learning to eat healthy food!
Ingredients for 18/20 Cookies:
1 cup (100 gr) Oatmeal
2 medium ripe Bananas
1 tablespoon organic Dates powder or Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
Switch oven on at 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas with a fork and add the other ingredients.
With the help of a spoon shape some balls and gently slide them onto the baking tray.
Bake for 12/15 minutes.
